Amy Lindsey

My name is Amy Lindsey and I am a 37 Year old female, married with one child.   Fitness has been a huge part of my life and i have been compassionate about helping others.  I grew up with being active and after my first bachelors degrees in psychology and recreational therapy I went and got my yoga certification.  Then later went and and got my certication in yoga and my associates in physical therapy which is another compassion of mine.   I have seen the importance of taking care of yourself.  I am a melanoma cancer survivor and understand how sometimes life throws us curves balls that can lower motivation and will power and how you have to focus on your health to be the best that you can be.
