Ball Dynamics published the Travel ‘Round Fitness exercise booklet using small fitballs, bands and tubes with exercises I created. I volunteered at Hospice for 5 years and to my surprise found that it was such a positive experience instead of depressing. I retired after 34 years from my full-time job in 2008. I’ve taught fitness classes for the City of Aurora for over 25 years. We have different themed rooms in our house decorated from our travels: Asian from Viet Nam, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and China; Egyptian, Peruvian, Turkish, Greek and Southwestern.
Advice to Someone New to Exercise
Remember that anything in life gets easier the more you do it. It is just a matter of doing things over and over and we humans get better with each day. Always compete only with yourself and listen to your body. You know your limits, modify as you need to.
