I have been active in fitness and exercise since I was a teenager. In 1996, I started as a group fitness instructor at the college I attended. Since then I have worked as a group fitness instructor at various Rec Centers, Bally Total Fitness and currently with Life Time Fitness. 

After prepping myself for natural bikini competitions, I decided to expand my education and expertise into the personal training world and got my NASM cert. I did Personal Training for a short period and then was promoted to a Management position. Currently, I am a Studio Manager and manage the Group Fitness, Yoga and Cycle programs and 40 instructors at Life Time Fitness.

I started practicing yoga in 2002 after my second baby. I finished my 200 hr cert last Spring and have been teaching a Vinyasa flow and Yoga Sculpt classes.  

Exercise and fitness have always been part of my life and I will always practice some type of movement for the rest of my life. I love encouraging and inspiring people to be the best version of themselves. I believe that the most important thing about nutrition and exercise is having a balanced program: mentally, physically, spiritually and nutrition.
