Cristy Balcells

Cristy Balcells is an RYT-200 yoga instructor from Asheville, North Carolina. In addition to a passion for teaching yoga to individuals of all abilities, Cristy is a nurse with an advanced degree in public health and was the executive director of a national nonprofit organization supporting individuals with rare diseases for 10 years. Cristy and her husband Eduardo are both healthcare professionals as well as yoga instructors and enjoy traveling and meeting new people. Cristy enjoys finding healthier ways to prepare her favorite treats, and is busy with her practice, 3 children and 3 dogs.
