Geraldine Dowling

I'm a mom of 3. Born in Ireland , grew up in San Diego, now living in VA. Loved fitness my whole life. Rowed for the San Diego rowing team and started my yoga & Pilates practice while in high school. Ive worked in gyms and studios on both coasts and currently have virtual clients every morning from Connecticut, down to Georgia and all over  . We do yoga , pilates and weight training. Each night I coach swim lessons ages 4 months up to the pro level. I also currently coach rowing at row house, as well as kickboxing and hiit classes. I love living the fit life and helping others do the same. Most importantly, I love setting a wonderful example for my kiddos, who practice both yoga and rowing with me.
