I have over 12 years of experience in personal training, health coaching and group fitness, it truly is my life's passion! I began my career by graduating with my bachelor of science in kinesiology in 2006. I love teaching high intensity interval training, including tabata, boot camps, and strength/cardio/core classes. I use all modalities; TRX, Bosu, Stability Ball, Bender Ball, Sandbag,Body Bar, etc., but I can also teach a variety of classes without any equipment while always giving various levels of modifications. I also hold additional certifications in weight management, balance, stability and agility training.
