Samantha is an RYT 200 and Yoga Teacher Trainer through Jonny Kest's LifePower Yoga. She has taken classes with Jonny Kest and David Williams and her practice is based in the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga tradition. She has been teaching yoga for 7 years, the last 4 being with LifeTime Fitness LifePower Yoga. She thrives on her Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa practice and leading others in finding their path through Yoga. Currently, she is teaching a 200 hour LifePower Yoga Teacher Training program for her 3rd year in a row and will be taking a personal journey for a 300-hour course this year. She loves sharing yoga and it's healing qualities with everyone in the hopes that they too can find liberation through their own breath and body.
