I am an extremely motivated and committed individual. I work hard, and workout harder! Fitness is my PASSION! The best gift I can give someone is a healthy Mind Body and Soul. I believe that fitness is more than just looking good, it's about feeling good! Reaching my personal goal has changed my life, and I am dedicated to helping others make that change in their life! 

 
I've been an active fitness instructor for the past two years, but it is in my blood! In college I studied exercise science and accounting (thanks Dad)! For the past decade I was climbing that corporate ladder and then realized I wanted more! I wanted JOY! And I have found that in fitness, and specifically teaching!!!
