Born and raised in New Jersey, I met my wife who is from the same town growing up working at a local TGI Fridays.  We moved to Delaware after getting engaged and lived there for 6 years while she did her residency and fellowship as a doctor.  During that time I worked full time for the New Jersey Army National guard as an Infantry officer until I deployed overseas to Iraq in 2008 through 2009.  Soon after I moved to Long Island with my wife where I worked as a CrossFit coach while completing my Masters for Teaching Social Studies.  I decided to open my own CrossFit gym and personal training facility in 2014.
