Suzanne Serfaty has always been passionate about health, fitness, and well-being. Since the age of two, Suzanne has been involved in activities including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Ballroom Dance, Group Fitness, Strength Training, Yoga, Pilates, and more. She is a certified Personal Trainer (2008) and Group Fitness instructor (2005) through CanFit Pro, a certified Dance Instructor (1999) through the (British Association of Teachers of Dancing (B.A.T.D.), and a certified core specialist through Bellies Inc (2015). She is also studying to become a Holistic Nutritionist at the Edison Institute of Nutrition. She is the director and premier Personal Trainer of her company CLG Fitness, specializing in diastasis recti and restoring the core post-partum.
Suzanne is the mother of two beautiful little girls who have been watching her coach and train other moms since they were born. She happily found herself narrowing her focus on moms since becoming one herself in 2013, and has helped numerous moms all over the GTA restore their core post-partum, and look and feel stronger than they ever did before. She has also worked with people of all ages to help them achieve a healthier, more balanced lifestyle whether it be through exercise, dance, or through their diet, and looks forward to working with many more!
In her spare time, Suzanne loves to spend time with her daughters and her husband, go for walks outside, take yoga and dance classes, cook and bake healthy vegetarian food, and travel.
