Born in the United Kingdom in 1963, immigrated to USA in 1989. 5' 10" (70cm) tall, athletic build and very active. Married for 27 years to Michelle, have two children, Tommy 25 and Andrew 23.

2017 - Certified water aerobics Instructor.
Twelve year veteran Triathlete, completed Ironman Cozumel 2014, completed Ironman Florida 2016. Qualified five times for United States of America Triathlon (USAT) National championships.
Placed several age group podium finishes in Sprint, International distance and Half Ironman (70.3) distance triathlons.
