I’ve practiced yoga casually for over 10 years. Despite always enjoying many benefits, I eventually would fall out of practice. However, after being diagnosed with several chronic illnesses, I returned to yoga and started exploring a full practice including meditation and breathing exercises. Through these experiences I decided to start teaching in order to help bring these benefits to people who don’t think they can do yoga. I strive to make my classes accessible to all levels and bodies regardless of ability, strength, & flexibility. My teaching philosophy is that I am here to help guide you and keep you safe in your practice but my main responsibility is to help you build your own practice in order to empower yourself & gain all the benefits yoga has to offer.
