Jolene started practicing yoga in order to prevent injury and encourage core stability while training for open water swims, triathlons and other endurance races. Soon after starting a regular practice, Jolene realized that yoga has the ability to strengthen you from the inside out and has so much more to offer than just a physical workout. In 2015 Jolene decided to share her passion with others and received her 200 RYT certification. She has been teaching 4-9 classes a week at local studios for almost two years specializing in vinyasa style yoga.
Jolene is a former division one college athelete who studied at NCSU and has always shared a passion for health and wellness. Jolene lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband and two young schildren.
