Eric Allen

Native of Washington D.C. he grew fond of exercise as an adolescent through participation in sports. His passion carried forward through college where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in exercise sports science.  He remains active through teaching exercise classes, running, playing sports, and lifting weights.  Exercise is his passion and it shows in everything he does and especially when working with his clients.
