Mary Gagliardi

Hi my name is Mary Gagliardi.   I am married to my wonderful husband Dave for 22 years now.   I have 4 amazing children and 4 grandchildren  I have worked in the fitness industry for more than 10 years now.   I am a group fitness & yoga instructor.   I teach a variety of classes at 2 gyms.   I am presently teaching Chisel and Core, Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Gold Toning, Aqua Zumba, Yoga, Chair Yoga, Silver Sneakers, Aquacise classes (both a hi/low and a joint effort class) .   I love what I do and the members that attend my classes.
