I have been teaching yoga for close to 19 years and never get tired of teaching and learning more about yoga. I started practicing yoga to augment my training for triathlons and now I continue to practice because I see it augments everything in my life!
I have shared the gifts of yoga with many groups: at risk incarnated youth; adults in recovery; PreK-12 students and older adults; veterans; college students. I want yoga to be accessible to all.
What I love best about and what guides my teaching is helping people to embrace and care about what we all should love and want to be healthy—our minds, bodies, and hearts.
