Biography

In addition to being a wife and mother of three grown children, I am a passionate fitness instructor and health enthusiast. I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and live a healthier, happier life. With almost a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I have honed my skills to provide fitness classes that inspire and motivate participants while providing a fun and engaging experience. 

Education, Certifications and a Decade of Experience

Since 2013, I hold a Personal Training Degree from the National Personal Training Institute, where I gained a deep understanding of human anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and exercise techniques. Additionally, I am a certified Advanced Yoga Instructor as well as a certified Advanced Group Fitness Instructor, both through FiTour. I have also completed my SoulCore Instructor certification from the SoulCore organization. I am currently pursuing my certification in Pilates.

My fitness philosophy revolves around the belief that exercise should be enjoyable, sustainable, and adaptable to individual lifestyles. I emphasize the importance of setting realistic goals and implementing gradual changes to create long-lasting habits. Whether your objective is weight loss, muscle gain, improved athletic performance, or simply enhanced well-being, I'm here to help people on their journey. I believe in well-rounded fitness classes, and I use different exercise formats and modalities to achieve a comprehensive and unique class for participants.

I am a firm believer in practicing what I preach. I maintain an active lifestyle and prioritize my own health and well-being. My personal experiences have given me valuable insights into the challenges of maintaining a balanced and healthy life in today's busy world, including throughout the menopausal years of women.
