Fitness has always been a big part of my life since I was a child. I've been a ballerina, gymnast, volleyball player, track athlete and yoga instructor. After attending college I became a well rounded fitness enthusiast by keeping fit from lifting, running, paddle boarding, practicing yoga and Pilates. I graduated from University of Wisconsin- Madison in 2015 and completed my B.A. in Psychology and Environmental Studies. I will also have my masters in mental health counseling with am emphasis on addictions from the University of Denver. I believe the mind-body connection is important and strive to find balance in my life in both of these categories.
