First started teaching fitness classes in 1988. With over 28 years of experience in teaching all types of fitness classes, from Step, Boxing, Weights, Cycling, and Cardio I come with a great amount of experience with all types of people. I have spent the last 5 years teaching Yoga and Pilates. I am certified and love to teach, Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Yin Yoga, Yn/Yang and Meditation. I love people and all that Yoga offers..enhancing people's lives through Yoga is something I am passionate about. RYT 500 hr Yoga Alliance
