I'm a professional yoga instructor who lives in Cuenca Ecuador. Originally from the United States I'm fluent in both English and Spanish. Currently I'm a yoga studio owner with a passion for the outdoors and travel. I enjoy being active and social. I love meeting people from other cultures and countries. Cuenca is a diverse city where I'm able to bike, hike, and explore all Ecuador has to offer. I especially love to cook with local flavors and ingredients. I especially enjoy taking yoga with me on the road when I travel.
