I have been practicing yoga for over 5 years and it inspired me to share this amazing practice with others.
I have been teaching yoga for a year and love seeing people progress and inspiring students to feel motivated and active.
I completed my CYT 200 training with Marieanne Wells Yoga School and am registered with Yoga Alliance as a RYT-200
In my spare time I practice Acro-Yoga and pranayama meditation.
