I have always had a passion for fitness growing. I played college level basketball for 3yrs and now I am an elite level marathon runner. I absolutely love to run, especially on vacation!
I currently teach fitness classes at Goodlife fitness clubs in Calgary, Alberta, where I have been teaching for just for 9 years. I teach body pump, which is a weight lighting class where we focus on lots of repetitions working with lighter weights. I also teach a sports inspired cardio class called body attack as well as the RPM (Cycling) program. I love teaching at Goodlife because we get a wide variety of members attending our classes and we get to see the impact we are making on their lives.
