"Exercise and fitness have always been an important part of my life. I led my first kickboxing class 15 years ago and never looked back! I think the most rewarding part of being a fitness instructor is building meaningful relationships and witnessing first-hand the positive impact you have on people’s lives. There’s no better reward than to look out at a group of smiling faces that are motivated to get moving and get fit!"
When she's not teaching classes or learning new formats, Meg enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, participating in half-marathons and volunteering at her childrens' schools.
