Hi! Thanks for checking me out! Let me tell you a little about myself. I have a passion for instilling a love for health in fitness in both kids and adults. My perspective is we make fitness FUN and inclusive! If fitness is FUN then kids are more likely to want to continue, and if fitness is inclusive kids will feel like they don't have to fit a specific mold. They are great just the way they are.
I have been teaching group fitness for about a decade now, and branched out into children's fitness a couple years ago. I have certifications, and experience, teaching adult formats such as:
