Katherine Anderson

I am a certified RYT 200, and Barre fitness instructor and have been teaching classes since 2017.  I strive to combine my love of yoga, ballet and fitness into a fun and relaxed class atmosphere. I attended James Madison University in 1998 where I completed a health science major, minored in dance and began teaching group fitness classes. As an Occupational Therapist I realize the importance of promoting mindful breathing, meditation, functional strength and flexibility within classes. I currently teach yoga classes at private gym and incorporate many yoga formats including vinyasa, yoga sculpt and yin.
