I believe in the powerful healing benefits of massage therapy. It is a mind-body-spirit experience!

I describe my massage style as integrated: I combine the knowledge I have of different techniques. My skill set currently includes myofascial, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, lomi, pre-natal, Swedish, orthopedic massage, Ashiatsu. I may use tools like hot stones, heating pads and cupping. I continue to learn new techniques and to grow as a therapist to benefit my clients.

The majority of my clients are looking for pain relief. Chronic pain, muscle spasms, postural strains, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis... you get the idea. I also have clients who see me regularly for wellness and relaxation massage. I offer onsite chair massage for corporate events and facility visits. CIn addition to seeing my clients, I am

• an employee of VITAs Hospice Care, servicing hospice patients in their homes, nursing/rehab facilities or at St. Mary's Hospital.
