Jose Guerra

Jose is a seasoned trainer, coach and registered massage therapist specializing in functional assessments, manual treatments, sports performance, group training, personal training and rehabilitation. Focusing specifically on Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT), Active Release Technique (ART), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), he is experienced in working with international athletes and fitness competitors. Being involved in many sports himself, such as swimming, running, boxing, volleyball, and weight training, Jose has a passion for physical activities and aims to increase his client’s performance, prevent injury and rehabilitate them from all kinds of injuries and backgrounds. He’s experienced in working with IronMan athletes at various events where ART is used to increase performance and prevent injury. He runs small and big group fitness classes focusing in increasing mobility and building stability for all ages and always tailored to the groups needs. Not only is Jose a passionate trainer and manual therapist he is a fun loving father and husband. He understands that maintaining a healthy lifestyle enhances quality of life and he bring this attitude and his charisma to every session with his clients.
