Mark Rees is a Fitness Professional with 30 years of teaching experience.  Not only is Mark an istructor of the general public he also has made a career of educating full time fitness professionals.  Mark has extensive experience developing Group Fitness programs for large corporate chains, small studios, and everything in between.  These days Mark enjoys teacing to a wide audience of ages and exercise experiences.  His favorite formats are those that accomodate a wide range of participants -- Yoga, Pilates, Water workouts.
