Kendall Nations offers a refined, intelligent approach to movement that prioritizes longevity, balance, and feeling exceptional in your body. Rooted in the belief that true vitality and joy are cultivated through daily, intentional movement, her work blends precision, mindfulness, and results—without excess strain or risk of injury.

Kendall is known for crafting thoughtfully designed, low-impact yet highly effective classes that emphasize alignment, control, and presence. Her teaching seamlessly bridges the yin and yang of movement, ranging from fluid Vinyasa and Flow Yoga to Barre and Mat Pilates, as well as deeply restorative practices including Yin, Restorative, and Myofascial Yoga. Each class is curated to meet the energy of the room, offering a tailored experience that feels both luxurious and deeply nourishing.

With a calm, motivating presence and elevated cueing, Kendall creates an environment where students feel supported, empowered, and fully at ease. Her classes are accessible to all levels, with sophisticated modifications and intentional progressions that allow each practitioner to move intelligently and confidently—whether seeking gentle restoration or refined strength.

Kendall is a Yoga Alliance–certified E-RYT 200 and RYT 500, with advanced training in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Myofascial Yoga, and is also certified in Group Fitness and Barre. Her approach invites students to leave each session feeling refreshed, aligned, and quietly invigorated.
