Courtenay Madsen

My name is Courtenay Madsen. I am 26 years old and have been in the wellness and fitness industry for two years. I am a personal trainer, aquatic instructor, yoga instructor and massage therapist. I feel that I have an advantage with my clients being a massage therapist with the knowledge to better assist with aches and pains not only associated with exercise, but everyday activities.
