I put on my first tutu at age 3 and never looked back. My love of dance and movement has evolved over the years to include strength training, yoga, and dabbling in just about anything fitness related. I have been fortunate enough to be able to share my passions with others through teaching a wide variety of classes and working with my private clients one-on-one. My health and fitness journey has and always will be an on-going one, as I continue to learn from both my peers and students, from the youngest in pre-school to my older adults. I promote active and healthy living by leading through example with the philosophy that fitness should above all be fun and inclusive for people of all ages and abilities.
