I believe exercise is the best medicine for mind, body and spirit.

Fitness has always played a major role in my life.  It began over 40 years ago playing girls boxed lacrosse from the age of 7 to the age of 17.  I also ran track and cross country throughout my school years.  The transition from adolescence to adulthood brought on the responsibility of raising a family, daily chores and earning a living.  I needed to look after my well-being and returned to my passion for fitness.  The #1 stress reliever for me is exercise.  I incorporate various modalities of strength, cardio and stretching into my daily regime.  I am always looking for new challenges and completed 6 marathons including Boston 2011 and Boston 2014.

Fitness is a progressive journey to a longer and more enjoyable life.
