Hi. My name is Shakine Michel. I am a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. I teach many group fitness formats including Tabata, Cardio BootCamp, Spin, Pound, Zumba, Turbo Kick, etc. All of my classes are welcomed to all levels. I give a positive, can do environment that also holds the participant accountable to what they set out peronally to accomplish. This is done all while having fun!
