Hannah is an AFAA certified instructor studying for NASM personal training certification and enjoys teaching anything from Total Body Sculpt, to more creative classes that allow her to incorporate her previous dance training experience in ballet, tap, modern, hip hop, contemporary, jazz, and lyrical. She teaches Cardio Dance, Total Body Sculpt, TRX circuit training, Xtreme Fit circuit drills, flexibility classes, dance classes, Kickbox & Build, HIIT Cardio, Barre, Booty Ballet, Jumpin' Abs, and more! She continues to dance, compete in IFBB/NPC Bikini competitions, and is currently learning pole dance! She personally understands the struggle with body image, but through weight lifting and working out, she has developed self-confidence and strength both inside and out; now she enjoys helping others find their confidence and love their bodies!
