A RYT, Kait Johnson received her 200 hour certification in 2014 from Buddhi Yoga in La Jolla, California, under Goldie Graham, Amanda McCarroll and Carolina Vivas.

Rooted in the precision of Iyengar Yoga and inspired by her mentors/teachers, Goldie, Amanda and Carolina, Kait’s unique style is a beautiful, thoughtful blend of ancient and modern disciplines. Using her experiences as a former division 1 lacrosse player, Kait specializes in bringing the benefits of yoga to athletes. Through creatively encompassing a heightened focus on alignment, connection, and mindfulness, Kait is known for teaching intelligently sequenced classes, designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and restore balance to the mind and body. Her holistic approach aims to generate a mindful, resilient athlete.
