Jennel Cooper

Jennel became a student of yoga in 2005 when she heard from friends it would be "a good work out”.  She was hooked, however it took several years before she realized yoga was not only good for the body but the mind as well. 

With a strong dedication her intention is to help her students feel a sense of cleansing, focus, strength and grounding through her classes.  This motivates Jennel to continue to share her training and inspire others to give themselves the gift of a yoga practice. She was trained as a SUP Yoga Instructor in 2013 completed her 200-RYT in Costa Rica in 2016.  Jennel offers weekly classes in her hometown as well as private teachings. Her classes offer a safe, non-judgmental environment to explore individual abilities while focusing on breath and proper alignment throughout the shared practice.

Jennel is very active physically as she enjoys paddle boarding, wake boarding, snowboarding, running, playing with her dog, photography, gardening, and her daily yoga practice.
