I began my fitness career as a dancer, choreographer, and instructor. I then began teaching fitness to seniors and dance fitness workouts at Goodlife Fitness. I have over a decade of experience dancing and teaching jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, Hawaiian, acrobatics, and contemporary styles of dance. I have over two decades of experience teaching fitness classes of all kinds from dance-based, to aquatic, cardio, strength, flexibility, HIIT, Barbell, Barre and more. I am a passionate, outgoing and friendly individual, who loves to share the feeling of a one of a kind workout.
