Jullie Rona Quijano

Jullie believes that exercise is important and should be part of every person's daily routine. She does not only believe that exercise can help a person lose weight and be physically fit, but exercise also helps with the person's mental and emotional well-being.

Jullie has always enjoyed sports and other physical activities. She played volleyball in grade school and high school, but it was in university where she first got into resistance training. She was a member of the judo club and the judo varsity team. She practiced, taught and coached judo for more than 7 years. During these years, she received her black belt in judo, and she also developed her passion for fitness.
