I have been a Pilates Teacher for 3 years now. I became a Pilates instructor after taking Pilates for just over a year at Carleton. It became a passion of mine when I saw and felt the way it changed my body. Not only did I lose weight, but I felt stronger, more flexible, and had a connection with my body that I had never felt before. Pilates is relaxing for the mind but hard work for your body, it teaches breath, control, proper posture, flexibility and strength.
Pilates has greatly improved my ballet which I reconnected with this past year and have a strong passion and love for. I also love teaching ballet barre which I started recently and have seen amazing results with so far!
