I am a personal trainer and group fitness instructor with 20 years experience. I have held ACE certifications and now hold AFAA group ex/personal trainer certs. I have been certified through Schwinn, Cyclebar and YMCA cycle/spinning programs, Pilates, Intense Fit, and Yoga through Level 1 Yoga Fit. I have a great deal of experience teaching and have taught at YMCA's in Florida, Tampa, Atlanta, GA and Greenville, SC. I currently train clients privately in their homes and teach at the Cyclebar here in Greenville, SC. I have continuing education dealing with senior populations, pregancy/ prepost, injury prevention, etc. I think I would be a great asset to your buisiness considering my experience.
