I have five years of experience in the fitness industry. Three years experience in corporate wellness, specifically in wellness program design and implementation. My primary focus is behavior change and developing healthy lifestyle habits.
In addition to program design I create and deliver content for newsletters and blog posts focused on exercise, nutrition and the mind-body connection.
Certifications include: ACE Certified Medical Exercise Specialist, ACSM/NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Exercise is Medicine Level 2 Credential
In addition to my consulting work, I teach several group fitness formats including indoor cycling, interval training, total body conditioning, boot camp and aqua.
