I have been a Group Fitness Instructor for over 10 years and have a variety of cerfications. I am currently teaching Group Fight (MMA cardio class); PiYo (Pilates / Yoga Strength class), Yoga Sculpt and Strong By Zumba. I am also certified in TurboKick (cardio kickboxing, Latin HipHop (dance), and Boot-camp. I absolutly love to teach classes! I love to motivate and encourage members to try something new, go outside their box and challenge themselves. Its a great reward to see people gain confidence as they continue to grow each week
