Alissa Hansen

Growing up I was a competitive Rhythmic Gymnast for 10 years. In 2007 I represented Canada at the Pan American Games, in Rio de Janeiro and at the World Champioships in Greece.

After retiring from gymnastics, I began an intensive ballet and contemporay dance program wich then lead me into Yoga. My journey with yoga has lead me down a spiritual path. I have began studying with a reiki master, and have since gotten my reiki level one. My intention is to bring reiki energy into my yoga classes to enhance the practise. 

This year I am continuing my teaching journey by taking a meditation teacher training, as well as a 50 hour yin teacher training.
