Eric Kolesar

Eric Kolesar has been involved in the wellness industry for over 15 years.  His certifications include: Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Restorative Yoga Instructor, Life Coach, Stand up Paddle Board Instructor with yoga endorsement. He has helped facilitate retreats around the world. He started Higher Living Now to empower people to become the best they can be. 

​Eric has a degree in Public Relations and Marketing from Texas Tech University.  He has been involved with multiple businesses and has owned several with years of experience.  He has a passion for bringing people together and getting them to achieve their goals.  Understanding, compassion and mindfulness are the cornerstones of his beliefs and life work.
