Shannon Paradis

Hi there! My name is Shannon Paradis (aka DJ_SPIN!!) I just turned 30 y.o. I am married with two crazy kids, and we live in the small town of Minnetonka, MN. I am a Corporate Recruiter full time, but my true passion lies in fitness and a holistic approach to nutrition and life in general. 

In my free time, I'm hanging out with family, designing new playlists for cycling (seriously... I probably spend 6 hours per week behind the scenes of my classes working on each routine), hanging out with my Girls Book Club, crafting with my daughter, biking outside, taking walks, or finding someone to laugh with. I have also set up a home gym, and I have invited friends over for free cycling sessions since I have two spin bikes. 

We stay very busy, but I always have a travel bug I can't shake. When I graduated from college, I lived in Argentina for 6 months, traveled to Chile and Uruguay, I've been to Spain, Mexico, Canada, but I am hungry for SO much more! I would love to see where teaching fitness abroad (or domestic) could take me, and am very excited about the opportunity to meet new people and share a fun experience with them through Fitness Pro Travel
