I am a personal trainer and group exercise instructor at MVP Athletic club Rockford. I have been training and teaching for 7 years. I also coach and compete in Figure Competitions. Exercise is my passion and way of life. From Power lifting to cycling to Yoga I enjoy it all. I believe to maintain a efficient well rounded body you need to pracitce all types of exercise and movement.
