Kristen Glasscock

Hello, My name is Kristen Glasscock and I am from Tulsa, OK.  I have been working in the fitness industry since 2000.  I have a Bachelor Degree in Health and Sports Sciences from the University of Oklahoma.  I am Schwinn Certified in indoor cycling and Rep Reebok certified.  I also teach Boot Camp, Core and Strength Classes here in Tulsa.  I am also a Diva Bikini Model/Competitor with the WBFF.  I am currently training for my third WBFF and NPC bikini competition.  Fitness is my passion and I love motivating and helping others stay fit and reach their fitness goals.
