Hello :) My name's Kate. I'm a Jersey Girl, natural health advocate, cat-mom, and most of all, a YOGI.
My style of teaching is very down-to-Earth and targetted toward beginner-intermediate students. My sequences & playlists are original, and I adjust them according to my students. I like my classes to be fun and uplifting, but more than anything, to be meaningful. My goal is to give people what they need, whether that's a physical, emotional, or mental release, connection, strengthening, softening, etc. I strive so that those who come to my classes leave feeling lighter & better in some way.
In my Yoga classes we will sweat and work through the physical postures, and then come back down together to deepen our breath, take some more restorative postures, and quiet our minds.
In my Restorative Yoga classes, we will turn the lights down low and the music up high. We will take restorative poses, and enter a state of deep relazation. We will deepen our breath and our stretches ,in order to release toxins and tensions from the mind and body. You'll leave in a daze, feeling completely restored and de-stressed.
