My name is Lacy and I'm excited about the opportunity to combine my two passions, fitness and travel! I have a bachelors degree in exercise science, a certification as an Exercise Physiologist from ACSM and have been teaching Group exercise for 10 years and personal training for 10 years. I now work as a fitness specialist for a hospital in my town. ;) I've just went through training to teach Silver Sneakers classes as well as completed the Specialist Certification for teaching exercise to Cancer Patients.
