I discovered yoga in 2013 following a recommendation by my surgeon to increase my flexibilty after a neck surgery. Not only did I discover the benefits in my physical body, I discovered that I developed a calm that I'd never had in my life before. In 2014, enrolled in a 200 hr training program, followed by Baptiste level one training in 2015. I am currently working on my 500 hr certification and have a stong desire to teach to disabled veterans. Yoga has truly given me a new outlook on life and my desire is to share it with others.
I currently teach both Power Vinyasa and Restorative yoga classes.
